Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kazkarty Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Kazkarty Studio offers complimentary shipping on all orders over $50 within continental United Stated.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.
Shipment Processing Time
We process orders based on the type of artwork purchased:
- Original Paintings: Processed and shipped within 2 business days.
- Made-on-Demand Prints: These items are custom-printed just for you. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Addresses & Methods
Kazkarty Studio ships within the continental United States using UPS or other trusted carriers.
Please note that UPS generally requires a physical street address for delivery and does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address at checkout to prevent delivery delays.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages and Issues
We want you to receive your items in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
What to do if your item arrives damaged:
- Take a photo: Please take a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging as soon as you receive it.
- Contact us: Email the photo and your order number to contact@kazkarty.com.
- Resolution: We will review your case immediately and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Please save all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
